BDOG is the Sacramento Region Community Foundation's annual giving event for local nonprofits. It helps thousands of nonprofits fundraise, and helps continue the work that they do. This year it takes place on Thursday May 1st, 2025. Learn more about BDOG HERE!

Why Should You Give?

Acme Theatre Company is an independent theatre group for ninth through twelfth grade artists. Founded in 1980 by Davis High School teacher David Burmester and a group of motivated students, Acme has been passed down through generations of youth and adult mentors for 45 years. Acme is completely independent and everything we do is supported and sustained by our community. By giving to us, you are allowing our mission of accessible and meaningful youth theater to spread.​
